What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If there is a printing error we will work with the print company to fix it. Because every book we craft is entirely unique and personalized to a specific child, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind after purchase.
Are any purchases final sale?
Orders can be cancelled after purchase if the personalization process has not been completed yet. If you place an order and wish to cancel, please contact us before we begin creating your book. We only begin creating your book after you have submitted your book's personalization details via our book builder web portal.
When will I get my order?
Once you approve your digital preview, the custom printing and binding process typically takes 5 to 7 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but usually take about 5 business days. A tracking link will be emailed to you the moment your package departs the print house.
