Every Aaura Stories book is printed on demand — made specifically for your child, then shipped directly to you.
How the timeline works
Because each book is uniquely created, there are two phases between ordering and delivery:
- Creation & approval — After you submit your child's details, we create the book and send you a digital preview. You review it, request any changes, and approve it. This typically takes 2–5 days depending on how quickly you complete personalisation and approve the preview.
- Printing & shipping — Once approved, the book enters professional production. Printing and binding takes approximately 5–10 business days, after which it ships to your address.
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 2–3 weeks. We recommend ordering at least 3–4 weeks before any special occasion to allow comfortable lead time.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and most European Union countries. Books are printed by our professional production partners in facilities closest to your delivery address to minimise transit time.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping speed. We aim to keep shipping affordable and will always show you the exact cost before you complete your purchase.
Tracking your order
Once your book ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey. If you have a customer account, you can also check your order status there.
Ordering for a special occasion?
If you're ordering for a birthday, Christmas, or other event with a firm deadline, please place your order with plenty of lead time. If you're concerned about timing, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
