We want you to love the book. Here's how we make sure that happens.
Preview before it prints
Every book comes with a full digital preview before production. You see every page, every illustration, every word. If the character doesn't look right, if a detail is off, or if you'd like to change anything — we adjust it before the book ever goes to print. Most concerns are resolved at this stage, which means the book that arrives is one you've already approved.
Reprints for production issues
If your book arrives with a printing defect — misprinted pages, binding issues, colour problems, or physical damage during shipping — we will reprint and reship the book at no cost to you. Simply contact us with photos of the issue within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement.
Returns on personalised products
Because every book is uniquely created from your child's photograph and personal details, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind on approved and printed books. This is standard practice for personalised products. However, we will always work with you during the preview stage to ensure you're completely happy before the book enters production.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order before you've submitted your personalisation details, we can provide a full refund. Once the book creation process has begun (personalisation submitted), cancellation may not be possible as production resources have been committed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel, and we'll do our best to help.
